KHPC is heading to Denver! The Great American Beer Festival is being held September
24-26, 2009 in Denver Colorado.
Planning will begin shortly as we already have a big roster signed up to head out.
Parade Weekend draws nearer! Plans are finalizing for this always eventful weekend
in Ocean City, MD.
The parade will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2009. Events will kick off with
the "Godfather's Dinner" on Wednesday, March 11th.

PhillyFest Weekend Draws Near
PhillyFest Weekend is being held March 7-8, 2009 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Club members will be attending the Saturday afternoon Festival slot at the Philadelphia
Navy Yard.
We will be staying overnite in Philadelphia. After the festival we wll be making visits to
Holt's Cigar Company and brewpubs throughout the city.

Bishop Grimmel hosted Holiday Tabernacle Services on Friday, December 12th.
Members viewed an episode of "Get Smart" and the movie Badder Santa and were graced
by a visit from the Beer Goddess herself. The Post-Christmas Tabernacle will be
held in February.

Anyone a Fan of "Ace of Cakes" On Food Network?
Ace of Cakes is
a show on the Food Network that is filmed here in Baltimore. It follows Duff Goldman
and his bakery crew with their weekly schedule at the bakery.
Recently, the Baltimore Sun did a article on one of the stars of the show, Duff's sidekick,
Geoff Manthorn. Problem is.. Geoff really, really, reminds us of Mike Lombardo.
So we "borrowed" the article, modified it a bit (really, just a bit, the names changes
were the only real modifications) and here's
our version.

2008 Fantasy Football Season Wraps Up
The 2008 KHPC FFL season wrapped up with Nick "The Godfather" Gentile and his Zipperheads
winning the Knuckle Bowl VIX.
Tom Young's team "Boston Tom" won the Toilet Bowl II and the rights to the First
Pick of the 2009 KFFL Draft.
